Instinctively, I just killed an insect I had never seen before. The reflection came next, when I realized the reason for my (re)action: what we don't know is almost always a threat. The most beautiful is saved, as if beauty were a captivating link that adds knowledge. How do we convince ourselves of something for which we have no references? The difficulty of changing even what is painful relates to this pattern. If the insect were in a space outside my room, would I have the same impulse? The art of attention places us between awareness and unquestionable reflection. Small questions that provide us with maps with routes on our timeline. Having as a life purpose the learning and training of the mastery of being present in the attention of each here and now, being the Observer of ourselves at every moment, knowing ourselves, knowing how to value the capital of wisdom and the art of co-creation is realizing that the impermanence of the multiverse of infinities is us!

Instintivamente, acabei de matar um inseto que nunca tinha visto. A reflexão veio de seguida, ao perceber a razão da minha (re)ação: o que desconhecemos é quase sempre uma ameaça. Salva-se o mais belo, como se a beleza fosse um elo cativador que adiciona conhecimento. Como nos convencemos perante algo do qual não temos referências? A dificuldade de mudar mesmo o que é sofrível, reporta-se a este padrão. Se o inseto estivesse num espaço externo ao meu quarto, teria eu o mesmo impulso? A arte da atenção coloca-nos entre a tomada de consciência e o reflexo inquestionável. Pequenas questões que nos fornecem mapas com rotas da nossa linha do tempo. Ter como propósito de vida a aprendizagem e treino da mestria de estarmos presentes na atenção de cada aqui e agora, sermos o Observador de nós mesmos a cada instante, conhecermo-nos a nós próprios, sabermos valorizar o capital de sabedoria e a arte da co-criação é percebermos que a impermanência do multiverso de infinitos somos nós!
