MARIZA - «A NOSSA VOZ» / «OUR VOICE»

«A NOSSA VOZ»

Há uma saudade guardada
No fundo do peito
No olhar de todos nós
Quero dar-te aquele abraço
Rir de cansaço
Ouvir a tua voz
E de um seremos mil corações
E de mil uma só voz
E de mil seremos orações
Todos juntos seremos nós
E nesse encontro perfeito
Nada nos pode separar
Somos todos do mesmo jeito
Quando é preciso amar
E de um seremos mil corações
E de mil uma só voz
E de mil seremos orações
Todos juntos seremos nós
E assim unidos, vamos ficar
A ver o mar
O céu azul
Nossa nação
Portugal

E nesse encontro perfeito
Nada nos pode separar
Somos todos do mesmo jeito
Quando é preciso amar
Há uma saudade guardada
No fundo do peito
No olhar de todos nós
Quero dar-te aquele abraço
Rir de cansaço
Ouvir a tua voz
Quero dar-te aquele abraço
Rir de cansaço
Ouvir a tua voz

»OUR VOICE»

There’s a longing kept
At the bottom of our hearts
In the eyes of us all
I want to give you that hug
Laugh from exhaustion
Hear your voice
And out of one we will be a thousand hards
And out of a thousand, one sole voice
And out of a thousand, we will be prayers
We will all be together
And in that perfect reunion
Nothing can do us part
We're all one in the same
When what's needed is to love
And in that perfect reunion
Nothing can do us part
We're all one in the same
When what's needed is to love
And out of one we will be a thousand hards
And out of a thousand, one sole voice
And out of a thousand, we will be prayers
We will all be together
And so, united
We'll stand by
Looking out at the sea
The blue sky
Our Nation
Portugal

And in that perfect reunion
Nothing can do us part
We're all one in the same
When what's needed is to love
There's a longing kept
At the bottom of our hearts
In the eyes of us all
I want to give you that hug
Laugh from exhaustion
Hear your voice
I want to give you that hug
Laugh from exhaustion
Hear your voice

Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper - Shallow «A Star Is Born»

Tell me something, girl
Are you happy in this modern world?
Or do you need more?
Is there something else you’re searching for?

I’m falling
In all the good times
I find myself longing for change
And in the bad times I fear myself

Tell me something, boy
Aren’t you tired trying to fill that void?
Or do you need more?
Ain’t it hard keeping it so hardcore?

I’m falling
In all the good times
I find myself longing for change
And in the bad times I fear myself

I’m off the deep end, watch as I dive in
I’ll never meet the ground
Crash through the surface
Where they can’t hurt us
We’re far from the shallow now

In the shallow, shallow
In the shallow, shallow
In the shallow, shallow
We’re far from the shallow now

I’m off the deep end, watch as I dive in
I’ll never meet the ground
Crash through the surface
Where they can’t hurt us
We’re far from the shallow now

In the shallow, shallow
In the shallow, shallow
In the shallow, shallow
We’re far from the shallow now

EMERGING ISSUES IN A NEW ERA IN THE SOCIAL ECONOMY 'Creating a Better World Means Asking Better Questions'

Creating a Better World Means Asking Better Questions (SSIR):

By shifting the focus of socia innovation from actions to the thinking behind those actions, social sector leaders create a better world - a world different than the past.

As people in the social change arena are feeling called to step into this moment, many are wondering: How do we move forward? How can we create a future significantly different from our past?

A Framework for Creating the Future We Want

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” - Buckminster Fuller

DOORS WITH HISTORY AND SOUL / PORTAS COM HISTÓRIA E ALMA

Photo: Coimbra city, Portugal, door

I like the architecture and design of doors and gates.
Sometimes I find myself photographing them and later in an exercise of imagination, painting them again, framing them in a renovated space, painting them again, to receive a new family and inhabitants, doors with bright colors or arts. Doors tell so many stories ... they are the business cards of the people who live there.
The "doors" of our life pass, signify new challenges through unknown territory, adventures and tests, initiations for those who dare to open them.
Home doors, mean the arrival or departure of those who give life to the home, mean guarding, closing, protecting, warming and welcoming.
Doors can add hope or bitterness, fears or joys, the future and the past that pass through them ...
Doors are always unknown, beautiful or aged by time, they are like those who live in them and who one day go out through them not to return.
Have you noticed how doors and gates tell us so many things and differ from each other?
How are the doors of your house, your body and your soul?

PMS, «Diaries & Notes»
